Thank you for using Rap AI - Make Music Videos ("the App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the App.
Some features, including Rap Feed and related social features, may be introduced gradually and may not yet appear in every version of the App. The Rap Feed sections below apply only if and when you choose to use those features; their inclusion does not mean Rap Feed data is collected from users who do not have or use them.
We collect only the information needed for the features you use, including the permissions, authentication records, content, and service data described below.
When content is generated, edited, moderated, uploaded, or shared, the necessary data may be sent to service providers that process it on our behalf. Content you save only in My Videos remains on your device unless you choose a feature that uploads or shares it.
For App Features: We process creation data to generate, edit, dub, save, publish, and moderate the content you request.
For Authentication and Safety: We use the authentication and session records described above to verify identity, secure protected features, prevent abuse, maintain your Rap Feed account and session, and process deletion requests. We do not sell these records or use them for advertising or marketing.
For Rap Feed: We process profile, content, relationship, interaction, moderation, and safety data to provide the social features you choose to use.
For Notifications: We use app-specific push tokens and notification records to deliver the alerts you enable through Firebase Cloud Messaging, prevent duplicate delivery, protect signed-out accounts, and troubleshoot delivery failures. You can deny or disable notifications in your device settings.
For Advertising: Free users may see advertisements provided by Google Mobile Ads. The advertising service may process device identifiers, approximate location derived from network information, diagnostics, and app interaction information according to your consent choices and its policies. Pro users do not receive these in-App ads while Pro access is active.
Service Providers: We send only the data needed to providers that perform hosting, authentication, content generation, media processing, moderation, storage, notification delivery, security, and support services on our behalf. A pseudonymous user identifier may be supplied to a processing provider for abuse prevention and request safety. We do not sell your Google Sign-In information.
Advertising: The App uses Google Mobile Ads to serve ads to free users. Google may process advertising identifiers and other ad-related data under its own privacy terms and your consent choices.
The App uses Google Mobile Ads. You can review Google’s privacy information at https://policies.google.com/privacy. Where required, the App presents consent and privacy choices before requesting ads.

These permissions are optional and can be managed through your device settings.
We keep account, session, social, and service records only for as long as needed to provide and secure the features you use, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain reliable backups. Session records expire or are revoked. Content stored only in My Videos remains on your device until you remove it or uninstall the App.
Push-token associations are replaced when they become stale and are retired from the signed-out Rap Feed identity when you sign out. Limited delivery and failure records may be kept for security, deduplication, and service reliability.
When account deletion is requested, public content is hidden and sessions are revoked immediately. Cleanup removes or anonymizes associated profile, content, interaction, settings, and media data. Limited pseudonymous security, deletion, moderation, legal, fraud-prevention, and backup records may be retained where necessary and are not used for advertising.
You can manage permissions through your device settings and advertising privacy choices through the App when available. You can sign out of Rap Feed without deleting your account. Uninstalling the App removes locally stored App data but does not itself delete a Rap Feed account or content already shared online.
Google Sign-In creates a Rap AI account for protected Rap Feed features; it is not a username/password account. In the App, go to Rap Feed → Profile → Delete account and follow the confirmation steps.
If you no longer have the App, use our Rap AI account deletion page or email info@mobobi.com from the Google email address used with Rap AI, with the subject “Delete my Rap AI account.” Do not send your password or Google token. We will verify account ownership and process deletion of the account and associated data, subject to the limited retention described above.
We use technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the information we handle, including one-way hashing for server-side email and session records. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Third-party services process information under their own terms and privacy policies as well as any applicable service-provider agreement with us.
